About My Clients
I create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to process challenges and build tools for your emotional growth. My experience includes working with young adults navigating the transition into adulthood, as well as adults and older adults. I support clients with challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues. As a native Spanish speaker, I also provide services in Spanish.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to you, using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I can also adapt my approach depending on where you are in your journey, sometimes that means listening deeply, other times it means offering strategies or reframing challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a first-generation Latina and bilingual therapist (English & Español) dedicated to supporting clients through life’s challenges in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space. I value social justice, equity, and mental health advocacy, and I support causes that uplift marginalized communities. Creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered is central to my work. Coming from a family where therapy wasn’t common, I understand how vulnerable starting this process can feel. In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore your challenges, & set goals at your own pace. It’s a safe space, and I’m here to guide and support you.
