About My Clients
Having been in the field of mental health & addiction since 1990, I have an array of experience ranging from inpatient psychiatric, drug court, home-based family therapy, I find practicing in the virtual tele-health realm to be most fulfilling, as I am able to see individuals from across the state. My practice consists of adults of all ages & backgrounds. Young adults to those over 60 are my primary focus, dealing with life transitions, addiction, depression, anxiety and work related stressors.
My Background and Approach
I look forward to collaborating with you on what your needs are & the best methods to resolving what troubles you the most. Cognitive Behavioral therapy has been my go-to, as it is effective with all ages and intellectual abilities. I practice Person Centered as you are able to schedule yourself as you need to. I find both of these approaches to fit virtual therapy very well in today's modern world.
