About My Clients
New beginnings can often be disguised as painful endings. I work closely with those who have been through tragic events, suffered childhood abuse, those who have been victimized by others, as well as those who might feel like they have nowhere left to turn. My goal is to help you find your inner strength, and courageously be free to display it and be proud. I am empathetic to my client’s needs, ambitious to provide support, and offer a nonjudgmental space for you to share and truly be heard.
My Background and Approach
Life can be tough, and having someone to talk to who's in your corner can make all the difference. I often utilize CBT, EMDR, Solution-focused and Narrative based methods in my work, to assist clients in redefining their perspective. I aim to help you gain a sense of control and to support you through difficult times. I offer problem solving, customized treatment to help clients heal and achieve mental health goals, which can help set you up for success. Taking the time to better understand one's self opens up the opportunity to find safety and transcend previous wounds and childhood injuries. I go at my client's pace, out of safety as to not risk re-injuring old traumatic scars, while still moving forward in treating your mental health.
