My Background and Approach
I work from a person-centered and cognitive behavioral framework and use different approaches, such as dialectical behavioral, ACT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and relaxation techniques. I am compassionate, nonjudgmental, warm, and supportive person and hope to tailor therapy according to each individuals needs. I hold a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have supported various populations through challenges.
