Mental health is just as important as physical health. Just as you attend your routine physical and doctor's appointments, I believe that same importance should be given to mental health appointments. Therapy can be beneficial at any stage of life to improve daily functioning and improve relationships. You are the expert on your life. I am here to help you on your journey. My goal is to help you come up with potential solutions to issues in a collaborative way while providing a non-judgmental safe atmosphere.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The therapeutic relationship is key to positive therapy outcomes. Research supports this. I believe that therapy is most effective when there is an excellent rapport between therapist and client.
