About My Clients
I work with my clients to address a variety of difficulties and concerns, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, work-related stress, burnout, career transitions, loss and interpersonal struggles. My specialties include working with stress associated with life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem, and health-related concerns. I also focus on helping professionals reach their potential and navigate their careers.
My Background and Approach
I integrate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic approaches. My holistic and collaborative approach to treatment, also incorporates mindfulness exercises to promote health and emotional wellness. I also provide leadership and career coaching services. My approach incorporates evidence-based techniques and interventions to facilitate client growth and development. Coaching services are often focused on the future, aiming to enhance performance, achieve goals, and foster overall well-being. I leverage my deep understanding of psychology to provide insights and strategies in coaching contexts, helping clients to optimize their potential and achieve meaningful progress in personal and professional lives. I received my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University and my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from LaSalle University.
