When have an open mind and heart we can explore your needs, wants and goals! Vulnerability is courageous and the key to unlocking compassion for the self as well as those around you. My Background and Approach
In treatment my focus is on mindfulness within therapy and grounding the self as a tool to regain presence. When we are present in our lives we are happier, healthy, and less stressed. I was trained in Psychodynamic Theory at Wayne State, which focuses on the unconscious mental forces that individuals are unaware of, but drive emotions and actions.
