My Background and Approach
I obtained my Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a focus on mental and integrated health. I integrate evidence-based practices to guide you through roadblocks that keep you stuck. My therapeutic approaches are CBT, strengths-based, and integrative; meeting you where you are at, and assisting you with where you want to be.
