About My Clients
I work with people who are newly diagnosed or questioning whether they may have ADHD. Many have felt “different” for years, facing challenges with focus, organization, procrastination, or balancing responsibilities. They often want tools that match how their brain works, less stress and overwhelm, and greater confidence. My approach centers on replacing shame with self-understanding, recognizing strengths, and building strategies that create more balance and ease in daily life.
My Background and Approach
Depending on what you want to get out of therapy, I will support and guide you to have confidence in navigating difficult situations. I aim to help you accept and love all parts of yourself exactly as you are. Then from there, we'll work together to find areas that you'd like to improve. Establishing a good rapport and ensuring you're feeling safe to be vulnerable is a priority. I try to incorporate different techniques and approaches that best fit your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that learning self-awareness to gain self-acceptance is vital. We will work to discover your core values and how you can live your life authentically.
