About My Clients
I feel passionate about working with clients that struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, disordered eating/body image issues, and working on having better relationships with others and themselves.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness based approaches, and do my best to be as inclusive to all clients. I am also a qualified supervisor and Approved Counseling Supervisor and enjoy helping new therapist grow in their skill set as a therapist and their professional identity as a therapist.
