I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected despite appearing capable and successful on the outside. Together, we create a supportive space to increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and build lasting change so you can feel more confident, balanced, and connected to yourself and others.

My background includes working in a variety of healthcare and school settings, which has given me a deep understanding of the impact of stress, burnout, and life challenges can have on your overall well-being. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, practical approach to helping individuals navigate difficult seasons and create meaningful change. I believe that each person is the expert on their own life. My role is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, recognize strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.
