About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, driven teens and adults who often feel stuck in anxiety, overthinking, or perfectionism. They hold themselves to high standards but secretly feel exhausted, burned out, or never “enough.” Many come to therapy wanting relief from constant mental chatter and space to reconnect with themselves. Together, we work on quieting the inner critic, finding balance, and building self-trust.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and trauma. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based care. I draw from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and also integrate CBT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, but creating space to understand yourself, challenge unhelpful patterns, and practice new ways of coping. I strive to balance practical skills with deeper self-exploration, always at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My goal is to help you reduce distress, quiet the inner critic, and strengthen self-trust so you can live with more clarity, confidence, and ease.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, supportive relationship. I see my role as walking alongside you—offering guidance, tools, and compassion—while respecting that you are the expert of your own life. I value curiosity, self-compassion, and the idea that growth doesn’t mean striving for perfection, but allowing yourself to be fully human. My clinical approach is collaborative and practical: I believe everything is figureoutable, and sometimes we just need the right mix of skills, encouragement, and support to move forward. In our work together, I’ll help you challenge unhelpful patterns, practice new strategies, and build confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges.
