I am an Associate Social Worker specializing in working with individuals and couples who are looking for more balance as they undergo some of life's largest transitions, such as parenting and divorce. I believe there is a tremendous amount of beauty and strength that comes with committing the time and space for ourselves to experience emotional growth.
My Background and Approach
I have guided clients through depression, anxiety, job loss, grief, self limiting beliefs, addiction, and sexuality. Using a variety of modalities, my goal is to create a therapeutic approach that meets your individual needs. I received my masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California with a specialization in families.
