About My Clients
It would be a privilege to assist you on your healing journey. I will believe in your resilience and inner capacity to grow and heal even if/when you feel/think otherwise. We will walk through whatever the valley of issues are, identify persistent problems and patterns, help you self-confront the way things are, and determine a course of action that will allow you to move forward. My desire is to see you move upwards, out of the valley and towards the summit; where the best in you can emerge.
My Background and Approach
I will use both cognitive and somatic methods to help develop your capacity to handle life stressors, regressions, anxiety and emotional reactivity, so that you make self-directed choices from the best in you. We will work present moment emotional and physical responses to situations and discern the meaning that naturally arises from these experiences. The combination of these approaches can help create a more accurate picture of your experience(s) and can help reorganize the mind/body/spirit connection; creating a different level of understanding and awareness and help facilitate what can lead to lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I created A Better Me Wellness out of a single mission: To deal in matters of the heart by equipping those with broken spirits to find healing in pursuit of their best life. Hurt cannot be healed until it's heard. I believe if you and I work together to help you overcome your mental health challenges you will have the capacity to influence future generations in an impactful and meaningful way; inspiring hope and transformation beyond just yourself.
