My Background and Approach
Sexual Health Alliance Certifications: Kink Informed Certified, Consensual Non-Monogamy Certified (Summer 2023) Prepare Enrich Facilitator and Trainer. We all go through struggles. Some we can handle on our own and others we need help getting though. I provide a space for people to feel seen and heard so they may heal through an emotional connection. No matter the stage in life, I provide a place where you do not have to make the journey alone. Everyone deserves a chance to be their strong, most authentic self. I helps cultivate a love for all the things that makes us human. No matter the issue, big or small, is a place where one goes for help navigating these experiences. I address problems through a systemic lens. The individual is not the problem; the problem is the problem. Within the context of the situation, I walk alongside to create the healthy changes desired.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that no matter our age we are capable of change & growth. We learn behaviors so that we can survive, yet sometimes our behaviors aren’t the healthiest. I know that we can discover new, healthy behaviors helping us thrive as our authentic self. I believe in building a connection between our mind & body. When we have this integration of mind & body, we don’t have to shove down emotions or hide from them. No matter the emotions you feel, I will be here to help you walk through & understand them. I believe there is no such thing as too much glitter. I try to bring a bit of sparkle into your life by helping your authentic self shine. I also know that having a tiny dog & a big dog in matching winter coats it the cutest thing ever. I can guarantee when you see me, there will be puppy glitter somewhere on me.
