My Background and Approach
Stephanie Hickerson-Jones is a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's of Science in Nursing and Master's of Social Work Degree. She has a passion for mental health and is compassionate towards her patients in addition to having being committed to providing quality and comprehensive mental health services across the life span to include Adults, Pediatrics, Adolescents and Geriatrics. Stephanie possesses strong clinical skills , effective communication skills to build and establish rapport with patients and families. She follows a patient centered approach along with evidence based research guidelines blended with 27 years of clinical experience and personal observation . She continues to be enthusiastic for learning cutting edge science as well as knowledge involving emotional, psychological and social well-being and how it impacts every stage of life.
