About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who feel stuck in anxiety, depression, and ADHD-related overwhelm—racing thoughts, low motivation, executive dysfunction, burnout, and the constant feeling of “I should be able to handle this.” Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. We’ll focus on progress over perfection, clarity over chaos, and realistic steps that fit your life.
My Background and Approach
My style is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. We’ll slow things down, identify what’s keeping you in the loop, and build skills you can actually use between sessions, emotional regulation, coping tools, routines that work with your brain (not against it), and communication strategies that reduce stress.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work with clients of all backgrounds, identities, and faith traditions (including those who are spiritual, religious, questioning, or not religious at all). I’m an open, real human, and I’m always willing to answer appropriate questions, but the focus stays on you: your goals, your values, and what helps you feel better and function more fully. Therapy with me is a space for curiosity, honesty, and respect, where you don’t have to censor yourself to be supported. The only hard line is safety: I take concerns about harm to self/others and abuse seriously and follow ethical and legal requirements to protect people.
