My Background and Approach
My mission is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples to work towards their mental health goals. I specialize in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem, stress, and relationship difficulties. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and I work together with clients to develop individualized treatment plans to meet their specific needs. I offer a range of services, including individual counseling, couples counseling, and I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). My professional experience includes providing therapy through private practice, at Jacksonville University's Counseling Center, as well as serving in the United States Air Force. I am the recipient of the Brooks Rehabilitation Healthcare Sciences Award for Clinical Excellence in recognition of my counseling work.
