About My Clients
I work with high-functioning individuals and couples who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and understand their patterns more deeply. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” the one others depend on while quietly navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, or uncertainty in relationships or life direction. They may be making decisions that align with their values, yet still find themselves second-guessing every step.
My Background and Approach
My background is intentionally well-rounded, spanning elementary school settings where I taught social-emotional regulation, work with high-performing professionals in coaching environments, and higher levels of care treating complex OCD using ERP and ACT. I’ve worked across community mental health and private practice, supporting clients from a wide range of socioeconomic and life experiences, from those navigating significant hardship to those who are highly accomplished yet internally overwhelmed. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve taught and mentored at the graduate level and serve in a long-standing leadership role focused on law and ethics. This breadth of experience allows me to quickly understand complex dynamics and tailor my approach with depth, precision, and real-world perspective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all develop ways of coping that once served us, but may no longer support the life we want to live. Therapy offers a space to understand those patterns with compassion, reconnect with your needs, and build new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more aligned and sustainable.
