Our work together will uncover ways to tackle these belief systems and develop skills to propel us back into our life with confidence.
My Background and Approach
I customize the treatment to each client and one approach does not work for all. My treatment is based around understanding behaviors, identifiying values, and committed action. There will be days that you need to process and cry and others where you are ready to set boundaries. Therapy is not linear and needs plenty of patience and flexbility.
