About My Clients
My goal is to help you work towards gaining a better understanding of your stressors and actively exploring how to grow, heal, and thrive. Life is a journey filled with experiences that affect how we feel and view ourselves, others, and the world we live in. In difficult times, we can be left feeling unsure about how to move forward. Based on your concerns, we may explore areas such as past experiences, self-destructive patterns, emotional distress, problem-solving and coping strategies.
My Background and Approach
My diverse experience working with adolescents and adults has highlighted the importance of meeting clients where they are in order to understand their needs. I aim to create a safe and collaborative space where you can actively and genuinely engage in therapy. I consider my approach to be warm and flexible while also being straightforward.
