About My Clients
I support Hispanic women, moms, wives, and couples who want healthier relationships, stronger communication, and deeper emotional connection. Many of my clients are balancing culture, faith, family expectations, and their own needs as partners and caregivers. In therapy we focus on boundaries, healing past patterns, and building a grounded, loving, and authentic life together.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist serving individuals and couples across Florida, with a special focus on Hispanic women, moms, wives, and partners who are navigating relationships, cultural dynamics, identity, and emotional wellness. My background includes experience working with couples in premarital counseling, marriage enrichment, communication coaching, and relational repair after conflict, betrayal, or emotional disconnection. I also work with women who are learning to set boundaries, find their voice, and heal patterns rooted in family expectations, childhood messages, and generational roles. My approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic models with a warm, relational, and culturally-aware lens. I frequently draw from approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, and family systems theory. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help clients understand the “why” beneath their reactions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My experience includes working with adults, premarital and married couples, and individuals navigating relational stress, transition, and identity shifts. I provide virtual therapy throughout Florida and in-person services in the Tampa area. I strive to create an environment that is warm, grounded, compassionate, and collaborative — where clients feel both supported and empowered to make change. Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to walk alongside clients as they learn to communicate more openly, build healthier boundaries, strengthen emotional connection, and live in a way that feels authentic, steady, and aligned with their values — in their marriage, family, and personal life.
