About My Clients
Simple Therapy is inclusive and our doors are open to everyone. We primarily serve teens, young adults, adults and families and can see children on a case by case basis. Our clients are typically facing concerns regarding anxiety, life transitions, collegiate mental health, multicultural concerns and self exploration.
My Background and Approach
I have about 10 years experience working in the field of mental health and am extremely passionate about it. My approach is direct and firm, but compassionate and supportive. I typically utilize methods like CBT, solution focused and client centered approaches. My priority is the client and making what we are doing in therapy work for you. I want my clients to know the therapy room is a safe space to process complex emotions and free of judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am extremely passionate about fighting stigma towards mental health and it is part of my mission to make therapy easy for people by reducing the stigma and providing a safe space to clients. We raise awareness for mental health by participating in local community mental health events.
