About My Clients

The people I tend to resonate with are often those who carry themselves with strength and steadiness on the outside, even while feeling worn down or overwhelmed inside. They might be living with anxiety, self‑doubt, complicated relationships, or echoes of past experiences that still shape how they move through the world today. In our work together, we slow things down. We explore what feels true for them, what matters to them, and what they want their life to feel like.

My Background and Approach

I provide compassionate, individualized support grounded in evidence‑based practices and cultural sensitivity. I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I work with each person to develop personalized treatment plans that support their social, emotional, and behavioral goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that advocating for mental health in marginalized communities is not just a passion, it’s a responsibility. Too many people are forced to navigate emotional pain in silence because the systems around them were never built with their realities in mind. For me, advocacy means challenging that silence and helping create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and supported. I believe that the people closest to the struggle should be closest to the solutions. Marginalized communities carry generations of resilience, but they’ve also carried generations of trauma. True advocacy means listening deeply, honoring lived experience, and resisting the urge to impose outside assumptions about what healing “should” look like.
