About My Clients
My ideal client is insightful, resilient, and ready to stop surviving and start healing. They’ve carried trauma, grief, or shame around food and their body for years and are tired of feeling disconnected. They value honesty, depth, and compassion and want a therapist who can hold the hard stuff without judgment — someone who helps them understand, not just “fix,” what’s really going on inside.
My Background and Approach
I’m a trauma-informed therapist specializing in eating disorders, complex trauma, and grief. My approach blends IFS, DBT skills, and somatic awareness to help clients reconnect with their bodies and inner parts. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where we move beyond symptom relief toward real healing, self-understanding, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in relationship — when you feel seen, safe, and understood. I value honesty, compassion, and curiosity over perfection. I trust that every part of you has a reason for being, and that with gentleness and courage, you can learn to listen to yourself, rebuild trust with your body, and live with greater freedom and self-acceptance.
