About My Clients
I work with adults with a variety of different problems in their lives! I specialize in trauma and am EMDR trained. I help my clients embrace their resiliency and relate differently to their past so that they can live a values-driven life.
My Background and Approach
I have been licensed since 2016. I have experience working in a variety of settings, including day treatment, residential, and inpatient hospital units. I have experience working with Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. I most often utilize the approaches of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR, though I seek to find which techniques work for my clients on an individual basis.
