My Background and Approach
I have been providing therapy to adults and adolescent experiencing a wide range of symptoms and life challenges since 2015. My approach is validating, trauma informed, and skills oriented. Most of my clients would describe me as having a calm, steady, and nonjudgmental presence. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a very important part of this journey and that finding the right fit for a therapist is necessary.
