I have worked with people from all walks of life, all over the world. I understand a variety of mental health and substance abuse issues, including the trauma that is related. LGBTQ+ related issues, anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, finances, trauma, can all be overwhelming and hinder a person from reaching their full potential. I don't judge anyone for any reason, but it's important that each individual feels safe and compatible with me.

My role as a Military Family Life Counselor equipped me with unique insights into the challenges faced by service members and their families. The experience honed my skills in providing non-medical, brief counseling, and developing actionable plans that cater to their distinct needs.
