About My Clients
I specialize in working with adults (ranging from 20s to late 60s) dealing with anxiety and depression, life transitions, and relational & family issues. Much of my work focuses on women's issues: helping them connect to their voice and intuition, guiding them through pregnancy, and uncovering the cultural & historical influences on their self-esteem.
My Background and Approach
“We are all just walking each other home.” This quote beautifully captures my role as a therapist – to guide you on your journey of self-exploration. Therapy can be a place where you pause, take a breath, and make sense of where you are in your life. Many people come to therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because they feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. You may be navigating a major life transition, adjusting to changes in relationships or work, processing a sense of loss, or noticing that old patterns no longer fit who you’re becoming. I work from an integrative approach, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed CBT. With advanced training in Jungian Shadow Work, we gently explore hidden or conflicted parts of self. Grounded in mindfulness, my work supports a more attuned, compassionate relationship to self; coming home to who you already are.
