About My Clients
I've had the privilege of working with both children and adults across various mental health and social service settings. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy as collaborative, empathetic, and rooted in respect for each person's story and perspective. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I strive to create a safe, therapeutic, and supportive space where healing and growth can take place.
My Background and Approach
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human and Family Development from Arizona State University. During my studies, I collaborated with peers and instructors on three human development and psychology research projects, deepening my understanding of evidence-based practices. I use an integrative therapy modality, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices to provide personalized treatment that meets the unique needs, strengths, and goals of every client.

I'm passionate about fostering growth and resilience in my clients, I am committed to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their challenges and strengths. I'm excited to continue my clinical training and journey, working alongside clients to promote healing and well-being.
