About My Clients
If you're struggling with worrying thoughts that you can't control or panic attacks that aren't manageable, we can work together to help you find relief from your symptoms. I can also help you find coping skills to decrease depressive symptoms and manage the stressors of daily life, such as finances, relationships, or employment.
My Background and Approach
I believe that therapy works best when the client is in charge. I will bring ideas to sessions that may help you, but you will get the final say on what we talk about and what you want to focus on. My job is to help you reach whatever goals are most important to you. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can openly process things that you might not be able to talk about with others. I want you to feel safe, heard, and validated after each session. We will practice grabbing hold of the thoughts and feelings that interfere with your life the most and changing them to help you feel empowered and more in control of your emotions. I currently see self-pay clients and clients with commercial insurance virtually through Headway. I also see Medicare clients virtually through SonderMind.
