About My Clients
I have experience working with overwhelmed parents, burnt out couples, and military members (active or veterans). I'd love to help you cope with life transitions, stress, and build effective communication skills.
My Background and Approach
I use motivational interviewing to get to know you--the person! We'll develop trust through conversation and time together. I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy practices to get to the root of the stuck feelings. We'll use problem solving to figure out how to help you move forward with tools you can use throughout life to feel more seen, heard, and connected to those around you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we can all change and grow, even the most troublesome symptoms can be managed with a clear view of self and the ability to cope. Your mental health doesn't have to rule your life. It can change it for the better.
