Hi, I’m Stephanie - a therapist for performers, creatives, artists, and bold visionaries.

About My Clients

If you are a performing artist, it may be difficult for you to show up authentically in your performances, and in your life. Your inner critic tells you you’re not good enough. Fear prevents you from being vulnerable. Not to mention the creative blocks… Whether it’s anxiety, a sense of unworthiness, past trauma, or other issues holding you back — I can help. I offer no-BS support for creatives who want to take their art and their lives to the next level.

My Background and Approach

In addition to being a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) and a Fellow of the Association for Music and Imagery (FAMI), I am a certified trauma professional (CTP) and a Certified Autism-Informed Professional (ASDI). I'm currently pursuing licensure in Mental Health Counseling LMHC. I have specialized in performance wellness for over 10 years. I’m also a fellow artist, so I understand from the inside out the unique challenges of life in the arts. I am a voice-over actor, music director, and composer/lyricist. Through a humanistic, client-centered lens, I employ a variety of modalities - Music Therapy, CBT, Somatic approaches, Mindfulness, IFS, ACT, and others. I can help you: – Reduce anxiety and manage stress – Transform maladaptive thoughts and behaviors – Befriend and disarm the inner critic – Stimulate and enhance creativity – Process and heal grief/trauma/toxic shame – Connect with your intuitive wisdom – Unlock mental, emotional, and creative blocks

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I view therapy as a collaborative process. I am here to hold space for you in a non-judgmental and compassionate way, offer new ideas and perspectives, and support you in your journey towards wholeness. This isn’t a ‘think positive’ kind of place….it’s a space where you can come as your whole messy self - with zero judgment from me - so you can work through all the stuff holding you back, and gain agency over your life. It’s not about quelling the fears and “getting on with the show” - it’s about owning who you are and making genuine connections with yourself and your audience. Because no one ever got a standing ovation for just hitting all the right notes, did they?
