About My Clients
My clients are caring and insightful yet often weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, low self-worth, or people-pleasing. Many feel stuck in patterns they can’t shake—knowing what’s happening but still struggling to feel better. Therapy offers space to reconnect with yourself, break free of what holds you back, and move toward clarity, confidence, and peace.
My Background and Approach
With nearly ten years of experience, I view therapy as a collaborative process—you don’t need to have it all figured out to start. My style is warm, compassionate, and curious. I use relational and experiential approaches along with evidence-based practices, including EMDR (to help reprocess painful memories), IFS or “parts work” (to understand and heal different sides of yourself), ACT (to help you live in line with your values), and attachment-focused therapy. Rather than only talking about problems, I guide you to notice what’s happening emotionally and physically in the moment. This here-and-now focus creates insight and lasting change. Together, we’ll explore patterns that no longer serve you and build tools for growth. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel deeply understood and able to reconnect with your most authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing isn’t about fixing you—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself buried by trauma, stress, or expectations. Growth happens in relationship; when you feel seen and accepted, you can release old patterns and try new ways of being. I bring authenticity, curiosity, and humor, creating a space where you can breathe, feel like yourself again, and rediscover confidence and calm.
