I can help you 'sift through' and discover techniques unique to your experiences to help you grow into who you want to be.

I want to help you live your best life! The tools I provide are designed to help clients just like you. My goal is to provide you with an entire toolbox of strategies to use so that you feel empowered to take those steps forward. I work collaboratively with you, because I believe that 1) you are already whole and 2) you are the expert on your life. Together we can understand your patterns and your story to create what you want it to look like, not just what it has always been!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that you are inherently valuable. I know and understand the challenges faced by individuals non-conforming to social norms, whether it be based on gender, race, sexual orientation, or career choice. Who am I to judge? My goal is to help you on your healing journey, just for a little bit, because the goal is to tap into your inner wisdom and move forward without me to be your best! I fully support the LGBTQ community and the Black community in healing and moving forward, in spite of the challenges that are faced daily.
