I work with clients using a collaborative, person-centered approach that integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT and DBT. I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs and focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful changes that feel sustainable in everyday life. I know that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or intimidating, especially if this is your first time reaching out for support.
