About My Clients

You may look like you have it all together, but inside you're overwhelmed, exhausted, or constantly second-guessing yourself. I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you're struggling with emotional regulation, people-pleasing, executive functioning, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences, we'll work together to help you understand yourself, build practical skills, and create lasting change.

My Background and Approach

I've worked in behavioral health since 2008 in clinical, leadership, and supervisory roles, with experience in mental health, substance use, and domestic and sexual violence services. Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of how trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and life's challenges can affect every part of a person's life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and never judged. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop strategies you can actually use in everyday life. I tailor therapy to your unique needs because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Whether you're navigating ADHD, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, past trauma, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you gain insight, build confidence, improve daily functioning, and create meaningful, lasting change. You don't have to figure it all out alone.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as they are. My practice is built on compassion, curiosity, respect, and the belief that healing happens through genuine connection, not judgment. I welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures, identities, beliefs, and life experiences, and I strive to create a space where you can be your authentic self. As someone who has worked for many years advocating for survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, I understand the importance of safety, empowerment, and helping people rediscover their own strengths. Outside of the therapy office, I value family, lifelong learning, and finding joy in life's simple moments. I believe growth isn't about becoming someone different. It's about understanding yourself, embracing your strengths, and building a life that aligns with who you truly are.
