My approach to therapy is faith-based and solution-focused! My method is active and engaging. We will get to work from day one! I am a former teacher, and I use a combination of traditional therapy, education, and biblical truth to address your issues. There is no issue too big or too small. I believe we get stuck due to our thinking, and the way we get unstuck is to change our thinking! But how do we do that? Is it possible? Yes! It doesn't have to be this way.
