My Background and Approach
I am a licensed mental health professional working with adults and teens using a holistic, liberation psychology lens. Trained as an art therapist, I utilize creativity to support your self-awareness, understanding, and emotional expression. I use humor, authenticity, and active listening skills to make sure my clients feel fully seen and heard.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I enjoy bringing creativity into the therapeutic space such as art materials, journaling, breathing / movement exercises, and humor. Apart from therapy, I enjoy spending time outside or with my two pets, one is a blind dog named Luka who comes to in-person office sessions with me from time to time :)
