About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, self-aware individuals navigating transitions, disconnection, or a desire for deeper meaning. Many appear capable outwardly but feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or misaligned internally. They are curious about their patterns, relationships, and emotional world, and open to exploring these with honesty. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, deeper connection, and a more grounded, aligned way of being.
My Background and Approach
I bring over a decade of experience as a sex and relationship therapist, supporting individuals and couples in navigating intimacy, communication, and connection. I hold a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University and a post-graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Denver Family Therapy Center. I am a Level II PACT clinician and incorporate this attachment-based, experiential approach into my work. I also specialize in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, supporting clients working with trauma, intimacy concerns, and chronic conditions, including those seeking deeper healing beyond traditional talk therapy. My approach is holistic and embodied, integrating mind and body to support meaningful, lasting change. I believe that healing the relationship with oneself creates the foundation for deeper connection, resilience, authenticity, and more fulfilling relationships with others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that meaningful change begins with awareness, compassion, and a willingness to be honest with ourselves. Each person holds an innate capacity for growth, healing, and connection, even when that feels distant or difficult to access. My role is not to fix, but to support the process of uncovering what is already present and creating space for it to emerge. I believe that our relationships—with ourselves and with others—are central to this work, offering both the context for challenge and the opportunity for repair and deeper connection. I value slowing down, listening closely, and working with both mind and body as integral parts of the healing process. I believe that when we develop a more compassionate and integrated relationship with ourselves, we are better able to engage authentically, set boundaries, and move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and intention.
