About My Clients
You may understand yourself yet still feel stuck in familiar patterns. Perhaps you struggle with relationships, intimacy, self-worth, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, identity, grief, and life transitions. Together, we can explore what keeps you stuck and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from CIIS. My approach is psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and relational, informed by attachment theory and trauma-informed care. I believe our early relationships shape how we experience ourselves and others. Together, we explore unconscious patterns, emotional defenses, and experiences that may keep you feeling stuck. My style is warm, curious, engaged, and direct. I offer a collaborative space for deeper self-understanding, meaningful change, and more authentic relationships. I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ communities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who has lived across cultures, I value diversity, authenticity, and the complexity of human experience. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, and free to explore who they are without judgment. I'm committed to LGBTQ+ affirmation, social justice, and creating space for different ways of living, loving, and relating. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, film, nature, and practicing Aikido. I'm endlessly curious about people, relationships, and the many ways we make meaning of our lives.
