About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, emotionally aware adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or may be carrying unprocessed grief. Many are navigating loss, relationship challenges, or major life transitions and find themselves disconnected from their emotions or unsure how to move forward. They may appear “high-functioning” on the outside while feeling anxious, heavy, or exhausted internally. They are seeking a safe, nonjudgmental space to be heard and understood.
My Background and Approach
I am a Master’s-level therapist with certifications in trauma and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My work is grounded in emphasizing self-awareness, emotional presence, and meaning-making. I believe healing happens when we slow down, gently explore emotions, and create space for what has been avoided or minimized. I approach therapy as a collaborative and supportive process, meeting clients where they are without pressure to “fix” or rush healing. I integrate mindfulness, present-moment awareness, and relational work to help clients better understand their emotional patterns, reconnect with themselves, and build self-compassion.
