About My Clients
In my practice I primarily work with those who have ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, and/or are on the Autism Spectrum. I am passionate about serving "my people" in a safe atmosphere using both traditional and innovative brain based approaches to therapy.
My Background and Approach
In addition to my formal education, I have a passion for learning about all I can to help the people I serve. I am trained in EMDR and board certified in both QEEG and neurofeedback. I feel that continuing to educate myself helps me best support all those who come to work with me. Often times the people I work with have not gotten the support or changes they need in the past, but together we are able to get changes they didn't think were possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about service, equality for all, and together creating positive change. I support people for who they are and what they believe. After the years I have spent in this field I strongly believe we all have a fundamental need to be fully seen and then accepted and loved for exactly who we are.
