She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, eating disorders and trauma. She is an EMDR therapist and utilizes EMDR therapy to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and other life issues interfering with one's wellbeing. Stefanny is also Bilingual in Spanish.
