My Background and Approach
I am a dually licensed mental health professional who specializes in marriage and family therapy and addiction counseling. My clinical experience began in 2014 and I utilize structural family therapy as my foundation to promote growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we fully thrive when we feel connected to ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities so I offer a safe and collaborative environment to explore these areas and provide strategies that promote healthier connections. My interests include LGBTQ2+ advocacy, issues related to acculturation, the parent-child relationship, women’s issues, financial health, and social justice.
