About My Clients
If your child or teen struggles with focus, learning, big emotions, friendships, or behavior, I help them understand their brain and body while building skills for emotional growth, independence, and healthy relationships. If you've tried books, podcasts, videos, and advice but still feel frustrated or unsure, we'll uncover what's behind the challenges, create a personalized plan, and work together toward positive, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My assessments (IEE, psycho-educational, psychological, FBA) in ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, anxiety, giftedness, & behavior help you learn about your child's needs and give a roadmap on what to do next. In therapy, I use a brain based approach, CBT, & ACT to handle stress with peers or school. I help parents support their child outside of sessions. My career and education has been dedicated to equip children and parents with tools for success. I applaud you for seeking help for your child to give them the best possible outcome. I would love to connect to see if we are a good fit! Check out my website or reach out for a free consultation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every child deserves to feel understood, accepted, and supported for who they are. My approach is neurodiversity affirming and strengths based. I focus not only on challenges, but also on recognizing the unique abilities, interests, and perspectives each child brings to the world. I value inclusion, belonging, and creating environments where children and families feel safe being themselves. I also believe meaningful change happens through collaboration. Parents know their children best, and I see my role as working alongside families with compassion, curiosity, and respect. As a mother of twin boys and a second generation AAPI woman, I understand that family, culture, identity, and lived experiences can shape how we understand our children and ourselves. My goal is to create a space where families feel heard and supported while helping children build confidence, connection, and skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
