About My Clients
I work best with people who are done pretending everything’s fine and are ready to dig in, heal, laugh, cry, and untangle what’s getting in the way. If you’re juggling stress, transitions, complicated relationships, old wounds, overthinking, or just the chaos of modern life, you’ll fit right in here. I’m here for people who want depth, clarity, and a life that feels authentically theirs. I enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults, tailoring my approach to meet each age group’s unique needs.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed professional counselor certified in DBT, and I mix in SFT, CBT, and ACT to keep therapy practical and effective. I use my training and experience to help you tackle stress, manage emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build real-life skills that actually work. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, self-criticism, life transitions, or tricky relationships, my approach is flexible, down-to-earth, and results-oriented—so you leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and more in control.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel safe, real, and even a little fun. I value curiosity, growth, and connection, and I aim to meet people where they are while helping them get to where they want to be. I’m passionate about inclusive, affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients, people of color, and anyone navigating life’s twists and challenges. I support causes that promote mental wellness, resilience, and community, and I love finding ways to help others feel seen and supported. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me enjoying nature, reading, or looking for small joys that make life a little brighter.
