About My Clients
I am empathetic, inclusive and caring and belief we can overcome life’s challenges by understanding ourselves. I am neurodiversity affirming. I use a person-centered approach with Cognitive Behavioral techniques and skills from Internal Family Systems Therapy, as well as solution focused techniques for immediate relief.
My Background
I provide individual, couples and family therapy. It is my goal to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and provide a safe space for my clients of all backgrounds to feel heard, understood, meaningful and comfortable to express their emotions. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
She comes from a military family and is passionate about helping those within the military community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University.
