I have been in the mental health field since 2014. I have worked in the foster care system, mobile crisis, and in a group therapy practice. In 2019, I transitioned to my own private practice where I am able to help my clients reach their goals, one step at a time.
I utilize different treatment options including mindfulness, CBT, DBT, deep breathing, and coping skills building. I want to give you several options of things to try so no matter where you are and what's going on, something will be helpful.
