About My Clients
I welcome clients who want to understand and manage anxiety symptoms. Is a history of family trauma or relationship trauma affecting your self-esteem or personal relationships? I specialize in working with trauma and abuse survivors and helping clients understand intergenerational traumas. Even when we have supportive partners and friends, they're not the best audience to share our deepest troubles. I provide a safe space to process these issues and learn how to take your power back!
My Background and Approach
I am trained in EMDR techniques and frequently utilize methods from ACT, CBT, Somatic Processing and Narrative Therapy. We'll collaborate on your goals and find new tools to help your symptoms become more manageable. I incorporate worksheets that help explain relationship dynamics, ways to regulate emotions and how to set healthy boundaries, to name a few. I look forward to working with you!
