I am passionate about working with people aiming to learn more about themselves, own their story, and make positive change toward a healthy life. I have experience in helping people with a wide range of issues including self-worth, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety problems, grief, addiction, and relationship issues.
My Background and Approach
I incorporate a variety of evidence-based practices to help clients manage unhelpful thoughts or behaviors that get in the way of living the life they want to live. While my approach combines cognitive-behavioral, narrative, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based therapies, it is important that the treatment plan meets each person's needs and preferences. My goal as a therapist is to nourish a person's inherent resilience and empower them to find their own path toward healing.
